Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant & is used in the symptomatic treatment of painful muscle spasm.

According to dosage form Thiocolchicoside is usually taken by the follwing route:
• Oral route
• Intravenous route
Thiocholchicoside is a muscle relaxing agent that works through selective binding to the GABA-A receptor. It prevents muscle contractions by activating the GABA inhibitory motor pathway. It also has an affinity for the inhibitory glycine receptors (i.e., have glycomimetic and GABA mimetic activity), therefore acts as a muscle relaxant.
• Epileptic or have a risk of seizures
• Diarrhea during the administration of this product
Contraindicated in following condition:
• Flaccid paralysis
• Muscular hypotonia
Mild:
• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Diarrhea
• Abdominal pain
Serious:
• Drowsiness
• Skin rash
• Low blood pressure, a temporary blur of consciousness
• Swelling of the arms, legs, ankles, face, lips, or mouth, throat so that it causes difficulties in breathing or swallowing.
• Itching, swelling of the mucous membranes (angioneurotic edema)
• Fainting (vasovagal syncope)
If you are allergic to any food, please consult with the physician.

• Do not take with milk
• Take with food

Aceclofenac is an Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug, which is used to reduce inflammation and pain in certain inflammatory conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and ankylosing spondylitis.
Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs)
Aceclofenac is used to prescribe for the relief of pain and inflammation in:
• Osteoarthritis
• Rheumatoid arthritis
• Ankylosing spondylitis
As advised by the physician.
Usually it is taken with food. Take with or immediately after meals.

Route of administration – Oral, parenteral, topical
Aceclofenac, a phenylacetic acid derivative, is a potent inhibitor of cyclooxygenase enzyme, involved in the production of prostaglandins, causing marked anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.
Precautions should be taken if patients have:
• Ulcerative colitis
• Crohn’s disease
• Bleeding diathesis or haematological abnormalities
• Or previously had asthma
• History of hypertension
• Mild to moderate congestive heart failure or risk for cardiovascular disease
• History of cerebrovascular bleeding
• Hepatic and mild renal impairment
This drug may cause dizziness, vertigo, drowsiness, fatigue and visual disturbances, if affected, precaution should be taken while driving or operating machinery.
Aceclofenac must not be used in the following conditions:
• Hypersensitivity to the active ingredient(s) or to any of the excipients of the medicine or to other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)
• Active or history of peptic ulcer or haemorrhage
• History of active bleeding or bleeding disorders
• History of bleeding or perforation related to previous NSAID therapy
• Congestive heart failure, ischaemic heart disease, peripheral arterial disease, severe heart failure, other cerebrovascular disease
• Moderate to severe renal and severe hepatic impairment
• Pregnancy (3rd trimester)
Report to the physician immediately if the patients are having any of these following symptoms:
• Dyspepsia
• Abdominal pain
• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Diarrhoea
• Constipation
• Rash
• Headache
• Dizziness
• Paraesthaesia
• Bronchospasm
• Visual disturbance
If allergic to any food, please consult with the physician.
Consumption of alcohol is not advisable.
Pregnancy Category: C
