Generic Name: Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) 325MG + Tramadol Hydrochloride 37.5MG
Paracetamol relieves pain and fever in adults and children.
Non-Opioid Analgesic & Antipyretic
Treatment of :
• Mild to moderate pain
• Muscle aches
As advised by the physician.
Usually it may be taken with or without food.
According to the dosage forms the following routes of administration are available:
Paracetamol exhibits analgesic action by peripheral blockage of painimpulse generation. It produces antipyresis by inhibiting the hypothalamic heat-regulating centre. Its weak anti-inflammatory activity is related to inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis in the CNS.
Inform the physician if the patient is allergic to the active ingredients and any other drugs. Brief about the allergy and the signs like:
• Shortness of breath.
The patient should tell the doctor about any history of liver damage and kidney disease.
Report to the physician immediately if the patients are having any of these following symptoms:
• Stomach upset
• Skin rash
• Acute toxicity may result in liver failure
If allergic to any food, please consult with the physician.
Consumption of alcohol is not advisable.
Pregnancy Category: C & B

Tramadol hydrochloride, is a centrally acting synthetic opioid analgesic used to treat moderate to moderately severe pain.

Tramadol works by inhibiting reuptake of norepinephrine, serotonin and enhances serotonin release. It alters perception and response to pain by binding to mu-opiate receptors in the CNS.
Report to your Physician if the patients are allergic to that and any other drugs. Make sure to tell about the allergy and what signs the patients had. This includes telling about rash,itching,shortness of breath,swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat,or any other signs. And the patient should tell the doctor about any history of liver or kidney disease.
Suicidal patients, acute alcoholism, head injuries, raised intracranial pressure, severe renal impairment, lactation
Headache, dizziness, drowsiness, tired feeling,constipation, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, feeling nervous or anxious, itching, sweating, flushing.
If allergic to any food, please consult with physician.
Consumption of alcohol is inadvisable.
